While working with the team at REDNGEN, we were asked to develop a campaign for CountryWide Homes most recent residential community. CountryWide is not only one of four builders in this community, it is the most prestigious of the group and therefore the most expensive. With this in mind, we came up with a great campaign that would sell luxury and the high life, aiming directly at their target market and demographic. We felt that the logo that had been developed by another agency (which can be seen at uwscommunity.com), represented a private school more than a high-end home builder. So we spruced it up and turned it into something that would really make all the pieces of the campaign feel rich, bold and confident, and would make sure they stood out from the rest of the builders, and it worked.
